Are you Vitamin D Deficient?

If you have brown skin you are more likely to suffer from Vitamin D deficiency.

Is that a big deal?

Research shows that Vitamin D is essential for strong bones, because it helps the body use calcium from the diet. Traditionally, vitamin D deficiency has been associated with rickets which is a disease in which the bone tissue does not mineralize properly, leading to soft bones and skeletal deformities.

So now are you wondering how you would know if you are deficient in Vitamin D, right?

Some of the common symptoms include:

  • difficulty thinking clearly.
  • bone pain.
  • frequent bone fractures.
  • muscle weakness.
  • soft bones that may result in deformities.
  • unexplained fatigue.

Well, Of course you can change your eating habits to include vitamin D rich foods

You could use a tasty supplement like the D Lux 3000 Vitamin D spray featured on the right hand side bar of this blog.  Whatever we take ingest in a liquid form is able to be absorbed quicker than a tablet because it doesn't require the effort to break it down.  In fact, may tablets are never actually absorbed by the body at all and end up leaving as waste when you use the toilet.

I would ideally recommend the most natural source of Vitamin D available however, a supplement is better than being deficient, right?
That's why I started using the Vitamin D spray and included a link on the right hand side for you too.

I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed with all the apparent changes that are necessary to make for you and your family so my advice is to make changes in stages  that way you are more likely to stick with them long term as you create new habits towards living in abundance.

I am not medically trained so I do recommend you carry out your own research to decide on its effectiveness for you personally.  If you decide to try it I would appreciate you using my link to the Vitamin D spray on the right hand side bar.

It's best to be well at a mind, body and soul level then you can pass that on to the next generation as your legacy.

Love me, love you

What's driving you?

Driven by desire or fear?
Tony Robbins famously said: People will do more to avoid pain than to move towards pleasure!

The question was asked: "What's been your proudest achievement to date?"

As I ponder an answer, I feel so sad as I look back over my life.

I'm welling up with tears..no, I'm actually crying now because all those achievements that 'everyone' congratulates me on have been great areas of success, but not the most fulfilling.

One of THE most fulfilling is watching my children play together.

In my life I have often achieved what I set out to, so you would be correct to say I'm used to success and consider myself a high-achiever. School, college, driving, diving, skiing, University Degree, marriage, professional Accountancy exams... but this one, this is one achievement to have at least 2 children close together (that's because I never wanted my child to be an only child) was actually an achievement which has been born from my true core values and my divinely placed desire.

Why are you striving for what you are currently striving for?

Has someone else told you to?
Does someone expect it of you?

Don't get me wrong, no one told me to be an Accountant, I chose that...with my head. Yes, all this talk of intuition and "following your gut" were completely alien to me. I didn't get that at all so I made a logical decision to follow a path into a good stable career. You see, I'm "the sensible one".

So much of my life I have spent doing what I 'thought' I 'should' do rather than going with what was really in my heart to do. But my children...yeah, my beautiful daughter is 6 and my darling son is 3, being a mother to them, now that's something I truly desired at this stage of my life.

All those years spent in the 'wrong place'...wow!

I often experienced the feeling of being held back from doing things or going to places which would bring me pleasure to a previous decision I had made...a commitment...for example deciding to sacrifice opportunities due to 'needing' to complete my Accountancy qualification.

Now that I have that certificate, no one can take it from me. Now I can prove my qualities & characteristics to others by saying I am a member of the ACCA...how important is that to me right now.......? It's served me well in my property investing journey I believe.

Now I am discovering and embrace my femininity, I accept that "I can choose, and I can choose again". I need not feel stuck.

Do you have an area of your life where you currently feel stuck?
